What is the sweetener in Diet Coke?

Diet Coke was first introduced in United States on August 9.Diet Coke was introduced as a sugar-free soft drink produced and distributed by The Coca-Cola Company.Diet Coke has a entirely different formula than the Coca-Cola recipe.
Coca-Cola Company used aspartame, an artificial sweetener to sweeten the Diet Coke.To save money, the company  blended it with saccharin.
In 2005, The Coca-Cola Company changed the sweetener from aspartame to Splenda. Sucralose  and acesulfame potassium replaced aspartame in this version.
